Situated on 30 acres, Soul Sanctuary, Noosa Pomona Retreat, offer self-contained accommodation in the Noosa Hinterland. Boasting mountain and rural views, the pet-friendly lodges are surrounded by lovely native gardens and only a short 5 minute drive to the town of Pomona. Each cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, an imitation log-fire heater and a flat-screen TV. Guests can explore the property, which is home to many native animals, including kangaroos and several species of birds. The popular Noosa Trail, a network of hiking, horse riding and bicycle riding tracks is just minutes away. Avalon Farm Cottages are 15 minutes’ drive from the Eumundi Markets. Noosa Heads Beach and Sunrise Beach are each 40 minutes’ drive away.

Property and Cancelation Policies :
Cancellation, Refund & Reservation Modification Policy:
  1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 7 days notice for any cancellations or modifications. 
  2. Refund Eligibility: Deposits or advanced payments are refundable under the following conditions:
    Cancellation is made within the specified notice period.
    The cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances beyond the client's control, subject to review and approval by Noosa Pomona Retreat
  3. Cancellation Fee: In cases where the cancellation does not meet the notice period requirement or is deemed non-qualifying for a refund, full payment of the stay will be required.
  4. Modification Requests: Any requests to modify the reservation details, such as dates or services, should be made via telephone or email at the earliest opportunity, and with a minimum of 7 days notice. A request is only approved once confirmation has been made by Noosa Pomona Retreat.
  5. Modification Approval: Modifications are subject to availability and approval by Noosa Pomona Retreat.

Terms and Conditions

Accommodation Policies: 

  • Check In / Check Out 
    • Standard Check In is from 2pm, Standard Check Out is at 10am. Requests for an early or late check in are by availability only. 
    • Check In procedures will be sent via text on the day of arrival.
    • On Check Out, please leave the property how you found it and leave the key in the lock box. 
  • Unsociable/ Illegal Activities and Noise:
    • Our property is a serene escape into nature, please be respectful of our residents and guests and keep noise to a minimum. No noise from 9pm. 
    • Unsociable behaviour and illegal activities will not be tolerated on the property. Guests engaging in such activities will be asked to leave the premises immediately without any refund or discount.
  • Smoking: 
    • Smoking is not permitted in any of the accomodations, if you are believed to have been smoking within the lodge, you will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas, please dispose of any waste in bins provided. 
  • Furniture Moving & Removal:
    • Guests are not permitted to move or remove furniture from the accommodation premises. Any removal of furniture will be considered a breach of terms and conditions and may result in additional charges or penalties.
  • Damage Reporting:
    • In the event of accidental damage to property or furnishings, guests are required to promptly report the incident to management. Guests should take photographs of the damage for documentation purposes. Failure to report damages may result in additional charges.
  • Restriction on Additional Guests:
    • Only guests listed on the booking confirmation are permitted to stay in the accommodation. No additional guests are allowed without prior approval from management.
  • Guest Responsibilities:
    • Guests are responsible for the following during their stay:
      • Ensuring all rubbish is disposed of in outside bins before departure.
      • Leaving the accommodation in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
      • Washing dishes and returning them to their original location.
      • Checking out of the accommodation by the specified time as outlined in the booking confirmation.
Accommodation Rates:
  • The prices listed for accommodations are per night and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Special rates or discounts may be available during certain periods, and these will be clearly communicated at the time of booking
  • Any additional services or amenities not included in the base accommodation rate may be subject to extra charges.
  • Guests will be informed of any additional charges before confirming their reservation. 
  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment for accommodations and any additional charges must be settled in full before or upon arrival, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Accepted forms of payment may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or cash, as outlined in the payment policies.
  • Prices may be listed in a specific currency, but guests may have the option to pay in their preferred currency, subject to applicable exchange rates.
  • Any fees associated with currency conversion will be the responsibility of the guest.
Payment & Booking Terms: 
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Additionally, we require a Full Name, Contact Phone Number, Email Address & Billing Address. 
  • Full payment will be taken on the day of your arrival. 
  • If the Credit Card provided is invalid, we will contact you to amend the details and your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received. 
  • A security deposit of $500 AUD will be taken at the time of Check In and will be refunded following checkout. 
  • In certain cases, particularly for long-term projects or specialised services, an advanced payment equivalent to a portion of the total fee may be requested. This will be communicated clearly during the booking process.
Travelling with Minors: 
  • Minors must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult during their stay at our accommodation.
  • The accompanying adult must be at least 18 years old and assume full responsibility for the minor's welfare and behaviour throughout the duration of their stay.
Travelling with Pets: 
  • Pets are welcome at Noosa Pomona Retreat, though owners should be respectful of the property and abide by the following: 
  • Dog blankets are provided in all accomodations and should be used on any furniture that your dog sit on.
  • Any damage to the property or furniture will be the full responsibility of the guest.  furniture or 
  • Pets should not be left inside the accommodation, unattended, under any circumstances. It is also worth noting that most local venues are dog-friendly.  
  • Please clean up after your pets 
Accessibility and Special Needs:
  • Due to the nature of our property are unable to guarantee complete accessibility - if you have any concerns regarding accessibility, please contact us prior to booking so that we can advise you of the most suitable options.
Parking: 
  • Our accommodation provides parking facilities for guests' vehicles during their stay. The availability and type of parking options may vary depending on the property location and layout.
  • While we take reasonable precautions to ensure the security and safety of vehicles parked on our premises, we do not assume responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or their contents.
  • Our accommodation shall not be held liable for any damage to vehicles, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or accidents that may occur while parked on our premises.
  • Guests park their vehicles at their own risk, and any damages or losses incurred are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Events & Parties: 
  • We are a non party venue - if you are interested in holding an event here, please contact us directly. Events hosted at our hotel premises must be booked and confirmed in advance through our reservations department.
  • A signed contract or agreement outlining the event details, including date, time, venue, expected attendance, and any special requirements or requests, is required to confirm the booking.
Dispute Resolution/Issues: 
  • In the event of any disputes, concerns, or issues arising during your stay, we encourage guests to first address them with our staff or management to attempt an informal resolution.
  • Our team is committed to addressing guest concerns promptly and finding mutually satisfactory solutions whenever possible.

  • We may collect personal information from guests during the reservation process, check-in procedures, or through other interactions with our accommodation establishment.
    • Personal information may include but is not limited to names, contact details, payment information, and preferences.
  • Personal information collected from guests is used for the purpose of providing accommodation services, facilitating reservations, and improving guest experiences.
    • We may also use personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, with the consent of the individual.
  • We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of guests' personal information and have implemented appropriate measures to safeguard against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

This may include offering alternative accommodations, rescheduling bookings, or providing refunds or credits for services not rendered due to the force majeure event.
Third Party Rights:
  • Guests or customers are not permitted to assign, transfer, or delegate any of their rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party without prior written consent from Noosa Pomona Retreat. 
Waiver:
  • No waiver by Noosa Pomona Retreat of any term or condition set forth herein shall be effective unless it is explicitly stated in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Noosa Pomona Retreat.
Severance:
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
